Brontë Country

Brontë Country

Brontë Country is the name given to the area of Yorkshire that the Brontës worked, lived and were buried in.

The Brontës were pure celts with an Irish Father and a Cornish Mother. They are likely to have inherited their mutual love of nature from their parents and the backgrounds they came from. The Main areas of Brontë Country are Haworth, the West Yorkshire moors, and Parts of the Lake District.
